I see you already introduced yourself to the Serbian team as well, but there doesn't seem to be much activity there. With your strong background however, perhaps you could step up and act as Serbian coord, and just jump in and start translating the backlog of videos. Perhaps global coord @Ray: has other suggestions to get you started.

And my apologies for the delay.

I must first mention that we absolutely adore English teachers here, which may already be obvious because we need to be as careful and precise as possible both when transcribing/proofreading into English text, as well as when translating/proofreading from that English text into all other languages.

As Mr_Z mentioned, the Serbian Team appears to be in a bit of hibernation. That is likely because @Ana:, our Serbian Team Coordinator, recently gave birth to a beautiful young man and is currently focused on being a "Mom". @Mr_Z: is LTI's English Dep't Coordinator, where everything within our care (currently nearing 400 projects) begins its journey through LTI, and Federico, our Italian Team Coordinator, could certainly use a hand.

So the first question really comes down to "Where might you prefer to focus your time and energy?" If you can point me in a favored direction, I can guide you into any aspect of LTI.

Nice to have you eager to contribute to the effort. We all have ways and ideas to give, take a step and do so. May we benefit from your sincerity and in turn we help you just the same. If I may suggest, I am currently transcribing a dotSUB video of ~9000 words! My biggest active contribution effort so far! Of course it is with the help of Google translate toolkit (machine translation) but with adjustments from my basics of Bahasa Melayu. You may sort the videos according to length, and begin on the shortest one perhaps? Or just take a big bite? Post to us about it!
