@ThorHusby:, it sounds like you're looking for the LTI transcription guidelines.
We also have a rather nice cheat sheet to refer to more easily while either transcribing or proofreading. ^^

Important Information for the timeshifters:
05:27.000
05:29.000
and have a blast slaughtering as many people as I can?
(This line needs more time)

@ThorHusby:
I am through with it. Just look in the pad to see my suggestions.
Now the big problem occurs. We have to write the text into Dotsub. There is another possibility than I am proposing here. However, to get an idea why the English team works in Dotsub and for you to become familiar with it I am suggesting the following:
Go to the working location, sign in there (create an account first if you haven't yet) and add the lines from the pad there.
I don't want to annoy you with this task. So please tell me before you feel tortured. Nevertheless, we need to bring the text into Dotsub now.
Dotsub is the online tool we use to connect the subtitles with the video.

Please let me know if there is anything that I did not explain that well or there is some obstacle occuring.

@FrankySnatra:,
Glad to help! :)
Actually, I suggested that the quotation marks would be removed. As long as we have the speaker indications, it's all good.

@Ray:,
I've already seen those, but I appreciate it!
I think I might need to look at some more examples of correct use of rules in texts. Do you know of any websites (except the guidelines)?

@ossi11111:,
Thank you very much for reading my corrections and making suggestions. :)
I already have a dotSUB account actually (I started it to make some transcription tests).
I would like to try and bring the text into dotSUB, but I'm unsure if I can start on it today.

Thank you for the warm welcome, everyone :wave:

EDIT: Starting now!

@ThorHusby If you need anything, mate, you can always ask here in this forum, preferably in Help Desk. However, I feel that the meetings is the best place for question, of course you are welcome to join, like anyone else.

Best,
CP

Ok, I'm done :party:

I have put the corrections into dotSUB here: working location. I guess the first round of proofreading is complete.. ?

What do you mean you "put the corrections in the working location"? You uploaded the subs there in Dotsub?

@Christos Pap.:
Thor wrote on page 1 that he used the pad approach Franky suggested. So he had to fill in the corrections into Dotsub manually.

Please, if there is something not clear after reading page 1 of this thread do not hesitate to ask.
