I just corrected all the errors I found in this transcription. It's ready for a grammar check now.

Part 2

This one is ready for a grammar nazi now :D

By the way, he does say "present your recommendations. I've left it like this finally-
If they find shortcomings in it say; "present your recommendations, but don't say 'I don't like that system.' Present your recommendations or alternatives."

Greets All! :kewl:

Now that the "wack-a-mole" Error list is almost closed out (again) I'm looking forward to ramping up as English FR-at-large, although Di Anna's shoes are pretty big ones to fill. She is missed.

Anyway this is a really good vid IMO, with Jacque speaking in a much more candid and sincere way, instead of his usual posture of holding court ;) , of course spinning enlightening and humorous stories along the way as he always does.

So to biz, Final PR is done, but my danged google SRT zapper extension has vanished from its spot, even though it is present and enabled, ie, I can't dump the old subs. SO, can someone plz clear out the subs for me so I can push my final one out (attached), and I'll mark it complete. (Or someone can do this for me.)

Diff and analysis files are attached, along with the final SRT. Besides a top to bottom grammar nazi run (including dumping a lot of commas, it seemed) I also cut the analysis 70+char string list roughly in half, by way of some hefty line splitting. I'm OK with leaving just the small remainder of them in place. The only casualty is the diff file; it's 10 pages long and boring, mainly because of the out-of-syncness caused by line splitting.

Anyway, all changes are applied and then some, except that I chose to leave jacque's line below as is, as I felt--besides being his actual spoken words--it was grammatically enough (barely). Hopefully the comma helps in the 2nd sub:

74
00:04:42,155 --> 00:04:45,001
Or, if society can make a house,

75
00:04:45,141 --> 00:04:50,303
the better integrated people are, and interconnected to the richer society.

(ie, people are better integrated and interconnected...)

Per Ray's updated (first three) posts on this thread about retasking this to merging all three parts now, I'm on it.

OK, PR2 of the merged full (all 3 parts) is pushed out and ready for FR, and SRT copy and analysis files are attached. Also attached are the German and Spanish reworks that I did (with the Spanish subs slid forward in time so they are synced up as is). Finally, I took the unusual step of marking the subs complete, so I could add (or so I thought) the German (part 1) and Spanish (part 3) subs back in place, so they could undergo a quick "re-review" by Ossi and Suzi respectively, only to find I was locked out of the other languages LOL! I figure Ray- you can always re-open it and add them, no big.

Anyway we lucked out on this one, as all three parts were clean PR2 grade (besides me just recently doing part 3, I'm thinking I also touched the other two way in the past). So all I had to do was stack them, basically, with a little nip and tuck at the joins and also at the end. As the analysis reflects, there are a relative few 70+ char lines, for a piece of this length, and also one pesky 6+ second line which needed punctuation correcting anyway, which I fixed in part 1 thus: (Again Ossi, this is already done for you in the reworked German subs attached, so they are in sync as well):

BEFORE:
140
00:08:40,780 --> 00:08:47,005
find evidence to align myself with scientists. I've never met a scientist.

142
00:08:47,205 --> 00:08:49,970
Just like I said, I never met a Christian

AFTER:
140
00:08:40,780 --> 00:08:45,210
find evidence to align myself with scientists.

141
00:08:45,514 --> 00:08:47,034
I've never met a scientist,

142
00:08:47,205 --> 00:08:49,970
just like I said, I never met a Christian
