Subtitle analysis & comparison tools

Thanks to someone who will recognize himself I now have an online playground on our server where I can test LTI scripts.

I put two scripts online at http://caprica.linguisticteam.org/:

The analysis script (some of you know it already) which can perform the following tasks:
- analyze the SRT file and test whether it is compliant with our guidelines
- complete gaps between strings under 140 ms
- exporting the SRT in txt format
- exporting the SRT in csv format, ready for use in Gdocs

The comparison script, which as its name indicates performs a comparison between 2 SRT files.

In terms of improvements, the logic I relied on to make this comparison script isn't amazing, so if there are real devs out there who want to take a crack at it the code is on github.

In the meantime, those scripts need testing!
