You are partially correct hehe. Ana who is Serbian language coordinator is one of the main contact for the Croatian team at the moment. She also develops efforts, very well welcomed until now by all the other Balcan languages, to cooperate in the translation and proofreading works, as the languages are so similar; Josip is the cordinator for Croatian but he had some issues in his offline life and is absent for a long time now. Since this somehow unstable coordination situation on the Croatian team persists for a while now, I wanna suggest that you adopt a multi-coordination strategy/structure, like the German team has. If someone has to be away the others help out, and each co-coordinator can specialize into 1 area instead of all of them, which, otherwise, is quite like a full time job :ahaha:
