Intro - Jim O'Neill - Transcription

Hello everyone,

My name is Jim and I am a web developer. I have posted myself on the website and the other tech team too.

I am an aspiring novel writer too. Aren't we all!! =)

I have been studying novel writing as well as grammar for quite awhile too, but I still have a lot to learn.

I have been working on a lot of TVP things on my own and have been corresponding with Nate a bit.
I am sure he is probably already tired of seeing my emails pop-up! =)

I am looking to help with transcribing TVP works. I can also do basic proofreading.

I can also work in Adobe Acrobat and I can help create official documents- training, process documents, check lists, etc.

Greetings Jim! and welcome to the family.

My "down and dirty" Guerrilla captioning tutorial is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DlhD_TbXbjY

... and if you get through all that the list of Active projects is here: http://forum.linguisticteam.org/language…ctive-projects/

Feel free to reply back after your little bootcamp above, of if you feel confident you can just claim a TVP video and start captioning.

Sincerely
