Error at Fresco's lecture on "The Edge" - Theo Chalmers

Hello, I recently came upon a error on the "On the Edge" show with Theo Chalmers. The error is at: 01:24:17,074. As a context, Jacque was enumerating the benefits of a sea city. The error is when he began to refer as city as an "earthquake city", not as a believe, a earthquake-proof city in the sea. Thank you.

Roxanne has confirmed that Jacque meant to say "earthquake-resistant cities in the sea".
I have since adjusted the English transcript in dotSUB, and any teams that have it already published should double-check to ensure that their translation reflects this 'fix'.
