Is there a way to make special characters easily available within Pootle, even if you're working on a non-native language keyboard? It's not allowing me to do it the way I normally handle them.

Most special characters can be provided to translators directly by the Pootle interface if they are made known to a Pootle admin.
If you choose to submit any special characters, please be sure to
include all of them from your language’s alphabet character set.
However, there are a few that require the use of a special keyboard
combination that may be different from what you are used to using to
create the same effect. A Pootle admin can also help you locate any of
these combinations.
