[Lang. Co-ordination] Activating Greek Translators

Is there any way to attract more members to a team? What do you suggest? Also, is there any way to activate the inactive translators who are registered in a team's facebook group or pootle or dotsub or LTI Forum? What can be appealing so that it attracts members and gives them an incentive to contribute? Thanks in advance!

There certainly is, and there is more than one approach.
Hit me up in Skype when you have some time to spare.
