Team Time/Scheduler Manager

Hello guys/gals, We, in the Spanish LT team, need some help from the geeks...
Our members are spread around the world. We need a piece of software in order to match the members schedules.
Some place where you can input a little info like:
Name (or Nickname)
Email or Skype address
Location: Country or if many time zones, province, state, city or time zone (if knows)
and something like a weekly time available to work (example: 5 to 7 pm, Mon, Wed,Sat and Sun)

Then the software bring up a list of members within the same hourly range, in order that they can communicate with each other and work together on a specific project.
Mainly we are looking for a server side software but any kind of solution can be helpful.

What do yo think?
Is something similar on the open source community out there?
Is it so ease then we can handled it on a Google Doc?
Thanks in advance and... have a good life... :)

Well, the best tool I know of is doodle. It should help to determine the best possible time for the largest amount of people. We use it to schedule the Coordinators meetings. :)

Thanks for your answer Lizard, I think here is a good project for the Dev Team. I'm sure few of the languages teams appreciate a tool to do what I described on the first post. Doodle is good to set up a meeting, but we need something more interactive and permanent, some kind of application that you can access from here like the calendar and keep track of the people availability on real time over a certain period of time. I'm still waiting for the geeks to come and shine us with ideas...
Good life...
