Thanks for Bruno's explanation. I already see that they say they will make subtitles in the film description column. :D

I was chatting with the one of the makers of the film, and he would be happy to get help from LTI, what comes to translations. They already made English subtitles, but the film would be easiest to translate in dotSub. So is it possible to get it there and perhaps improve the subs too?

I know, that there is much more to do, but it could be a good chance to get more people involved from other movements and new individuals. The last big project was so much fun, this could be another similar event too.

So here's the transcript at alpha state, and the film:

Hi Milana! : )
There is no need to create a ToDo since that is not a project with a Ling.Team translation location nor repository. I guess the best is to send those correction suggestions (or applied in an SRT) and send them to the youtube channel that uploaded the video. In case those changes alter the meaning of the sentences, maybe it could also be changed in the location where the volunteers translate, so the resulting translations don't end up with different meanings in different languages.

About adding this as a project for LTI, I created a google doc with a strategy or approach on how to assess new suggestions of videos and how to deal with the overload of projects and little volunteers to do them. I'll create a forum thread with it soon so we can involve more people into improving these issues ;)

superhugs!
