"The First Civilization" by Jas Garcha to pootle.

I think this is pretty good book about RBE. It is very detailed, updated and fun to read. It would be nice to uploaded to Pootle as a project.

I agree with Yayita, this document should be translated into many languages. It is well written and it presents both theoretical and practical aspects of an RBE, with possible transitional steps.

I'm up for it too, if it is uploaded on Pootle. I'm curious as to why it wasn't uploaded. From what I see here, it's an official TZM project, isn't it?
