Sue A VIRTUAL MEETING FOR NEW FRIENDS! :D May 11th 2015, 8:00pm
Di Anna Welcome Tez, to the English Team! Jun 2nd 2015, 1:33am
Ray Welcome, Tez! Jun 4th 2015, 11:11am
Ray The first post of all project threads within the "Open for Translating > Videos" board now include all of the info related to their respective projects, including a fully viewable display of the video itself. This should make it significantly easier for individual teams to decide on videos to bring into their workflow. Wherever possible, these videos are embedded directly from their original sources (rather than LTI's YT channel), so please let me know immediately if you find any of them no longer working. ^^ Jun 28th 2015, 9:04pm
Ray You might need to check it out yourself to see what I mean. :giggle: -…-videos-dotsub/ Jun 29th 2015, 12:54am
Ray For Language Team Coordinators, the adjustments below now make the creation of ToDos much, much easier. For anyone unaware, team coordinators create a "ToDo" at the end of each/every completed project in order to 'insert' the team's hard work into LTI's global distribution system. The new ToDo guidelines can be found in the top post of:…o-in-the-forum/ Jun 29th 2015, 10:43pm
Christos Pap. To me this adjustment is very helpful because it has all the needed links for the project's to-do when it is ready to go public. Jul 1st 2015, 10:17am
zedom nice one Ray! Jul 1st 2015, 11:14pm
Ray Important copyright info about all of the projects within our care has again been brought as fully up-to-date as possible. ^^…outube-uploads/ Jul 2nd 2015, 11:53am
Ray Also, the "Working Locations" wiki page is now up to date, with many additional videos added to it (, and all forum ToDo entries for completed video translations are now caught up. Jul 2nd 2015, 1:55pm
zedom In DotSub, in some videos, the PT-PT language is not appearing in the translations dropdown menu for me, even though i can see the video with the subs on it. Jul 5th 2015, 7:57pm
zedom Anyone had this happening before or knows what's going on? Jul 5th 2015, 7:58pm
ossi11111 Maybe your language is not open for translation at all or you are not part of the group which has translation permission. You should talk to your language coordinator about that. Jul 5th 2015, 8:48pm
Ray Ossi is describing it correctly. When a project has been completed, the coordinator should be locking it down so that everyone's hard work is not messed up by some well-meaning passer-by who is unable to otherwise recognize that the video is already fully completed. Jul 6th 2015, 11:13am
zedom ok thanks, I'll see about that Jul 7th 2015, 9:57pm
Christos Pap. How can one get notified about LTI's bi-weekly meetings? Jul 9th 2015, 6:35pm
Ray The Forum Calendar shows upcoming bi-weekly meetings (as well as member birthdays) - the next meeting is next Saturday (2015-07-18). Unfortunately, there is no auto-notification system included with the calendar, but the upcoming LTI Member Portal includes a 'Count-down Timer' that will be difficult to miss. Jul 11th 2015, 8:28am
zedom ok i've talked with my coordinator and it seems he doesn't have access anymore, so it must be someone with access to ltiofficial account to give me permission Jul 11th 2015, 12:02pm
zedom who can I ask for this? Jul 11th 2015, 12:03pm
Ray Hit me up directly, Ze! ^^ Jul 11th 2015, 12:23pm
