Hi Meir! :)
I was looking for a project for Yvonne, a newcomer who will try his first proofreading and we needed something short to make it an easy start for her. This seems stopped since 3rd of June so I suggested itto her. Hope you don't mind. I imagine you are busy with something else already, anyway :D

Take care :bighug:

Transcribe Jacque Fresco -Inadequacy of Language-April 24, 1975

Hi all, I've completed this project. I have a couple of queries which I have included in the 'Notes'. Perhaps those of you with bat ears would have a listen?
Many thanks
Yvonne

The Sappy Ea$ter Marathon continues!
OK, Analysis and PR-2 SRT file attached; ready for push out and FR.

This piece was a bit brutal, again because Jacque is motormouthing so fast, but I reworked the SRT provided and it came out relatively OK. For example, this landspeed record line of 92 chars spoken in less that 3 sec that couldn't be split (and this is even after cheating and substituting 1000 for "a thousand"):

121
00:07:19,084 --> 00:07:22,080
Teacher says "What do you mean it's not adequate? Everybody's been using it for 1000 years."

Also, there are places where I simply don't understand what Jacque's meaning is. For example:

137
00:08:14,195 --> 00:08:17,750
And if you-... We set for some guys and sit back and try to solve the problem,

We "set" for some guys? I just don't understand that, but that's what he clearly seems to say.
