JF-Dec.28, 2010 - Can't Exceed Your Environment

I'll complete P1. It may take quite a while, coz I will also 'pre-cut' the strings to make them ready for timeshifting (many are 100 - 124 characters).

Please note that I changed the title of this thread to reflect the actual recording date of the 5-hour compilation that this clip comes from. It was uploaded to YouTube by TVP three days later, so we're not sure where the original "2010" date came from. :embarrassed:
The new title "Jacque Fresco-Can't Exceed Your Environment-Apr 17, 2011" also changes the URL to this thread, so you may need to adjust any bookmarks you have saved to it.

The adjusted title has also been changed in dotSUB, but that does not affect their URLs.

Umm-... I just checked this and the subs in the working location are completely alien to what is actually being spoken. Wha?
