Strange indeed, I'm guessing @nomada: uploaded the wrong subtitle after timeshifting...

Let's hope he sees this, and in the meantime, I uploaded Suze's version from the above September 6th 2013 post. That takes us one peg back to a post-PR1 stage.

I don't have it in my laptop anymore. I don't see any locations that I could have used and from where the srt could be recovered. Glad that Suze's revision is not lost.

OK I redid it, combining line-splitting with timestamp-sthifting and PR2. Revised SRT and Analysis files attached, ready for push out and FR.

Jacque is talking a little on the slow side on this one, hence some 6+ second subs.

Jacque Fresco - Can't Exceed Your Environment - Apr 17, 2011

Open for translation thread.

@05:56
Not the other organisms that
he keeps alive would be supportive [to that culture]

I would argue that the point of this phrase starts after Jacque says "Not", so I would add "..." after "Not". I think as is written looks confusing, took me a while to wrap my head around the "Not" as it contradicted the meaning of the rest of the sentence.
Looks to me like he rephrased the thought he began with the word "Not", being that the new rephrasing starts at "the".

If I wasn't clear enough, please tell me.

Good catch Zedom. You are correct, Jacque trails off with "Not ..." then starts a new (rephrased) sentence.

The simplified fix I chose was just to leave off "Not" altogether and then start the caption 1.1 secs later, which syncs up with "The other organisms... "
