Transcription access reserved to English Proofreaders and Timeshifters

Hi! :)

The transcription access was now set to become reserved to English Proofreaders and Timeshifters. This will allow them to work in the video with the certainty that no one else might change the transcription while it is being proofread. When they finish those tasks, the English transcription will be uploaded in the safe from further editing "Repository", where it can be downloaded by anyone who wishes to make DVDs or whatelse. Then the video will be opened for translation. :)

Who's next in line for a 1st round of proofreading? 8)

hugs,

Timestamp adjustment is done. I almost didnt touch it. Bruno found a way to transcribe videos with the strings structure already in accordance to the guidelines. I have to learn that :P

2nd round of English proofing can star anytime
