Jacque Fresco - Research & Development

Researching and developing solutions is the only way for a society to move forward. The answers do not lye in electing the right people to government. Future by Design Documentary. ( 02:19 )

Doing Final Review

I'm working on the Final Review for this one now. Something weird happened when I tried to access the notes. I got an error and could not display the page. I'll try again later.
Here's a point about semicolon use I was trying to post when that happened.

00:15.140
00:17.985
You can only find the answers by innovation;
00:18.090
00:20.860
by studying the systems and the problems
00:21.000
00:24.560
and working on methods of alleviating those problems
00:24.660
00:26.060
not through law.

The semicolon should not be used because what follows it is NOT a complete sentence (independent clause). It would be correct to use a comma following 'innovation'. And because it's at the end of the string, this comma would be omitted in the subtitle.

((hugs)) from me
