If you have any thing to share on how hard it was to follow the guidelines and if you have doubts about it, the use of an offline tool, etc, please put them

There is a tool that Bruno developed "analyze", which is great to check which strings we missed applying the guidelines or for some reason were hard to do build them in those criteria. http://tzmlt.byethost22.com/analyze/index.php
I applied the tool and verified that there are some strings shorter than 1,5 seconds and others shorter than 2 seconds when there is more than 35 characters on the string. These are very inconvenient, hard to assimilate when reading and distracting from the message, and always that possible we extend the time or - when not possible or when more convenient than extending the time - we merge it with the next string, for example. We do it considering, specially, all the languages that use 25% more text and reading time for their translations than the English transcript. As the string structure will be the same for all.

All these notes I am doing up here are just to help you integrate the guidelines and help for the next time, since these are things that differ quite a lot from transcribing in a text document.
No need to apply these changes on the subtitle file (SRT). Only if you wish. After the 1st round of proofreading of English there will be a timeshifting round and the timeshifter will review the strings structure and synchronize whatever is needed Only good communication is necessary, since you work offline and most of the others work directly on the dotsub.com link, so we don't do double work for nothing

And yes nomada, it sounds like "mid-buildings" to me too, and matches his hand animations at this point.

I am guessing perhaps what it means is the group of "standardized" buildings in the center or middle of the circular cities, as opposed to the custom homes built on the outskirts or in remote areas. Just a guess.
