OK, PR2 is complete, revised SRT is pushed out to the working location, and the diff and analysis files are attached. (MUCH better analysis!)

This video is like fine wine, it keeps getting better each time I view it. The only distraction to me is when Jacque once again uses his 'Christians fed to the lions' story to illustrate the depravity of human conditioning. The latter is true but the former- in my humble opinion- is a myth and forgery. Christians were never fed to lions. To quote from Acharya S' classic book 'The Christ Conspiracy' (a big reference in Z1 part I):

“Jesus himself was building on centuries old Jewish thought that called for ‘extermination’ of non-Jews. The martyrs of famous Roman ‘persecutions’ under such emperors as Nero [i.e., Christians fed to lions] … were largely invented around [the ninth century to garner sympathy]. [F]rom the fourth century onward, it was the Christians that were doing the persecution.”

Makes perfect sense when you grasp the parallel of Jacque's eye-popping revelation of how the depraved practice of scalping emerged in American history: It was not the Indians scalping the Americans as popularized, it was the Americans that were doing the persecution, scalping the Indians at $10 a head! And yet somehow history got that reversed too, because (of course) history is written by the victors.

Sorry, it took me almost 3 weeks to finish this one. :cry:

What a great lecture that Jacque has presented here, even though it is a few years old. I have noted some English rules/conventions in the Notes and just wanted to paste 'em here too, for the sake of any discussions or concerns from the Team.

To English Proofers: Let's keep a careful watch on Jacque's introductory use of 'So'. Whenever the 'So' means 'therefore', I would want to keep it. Otherwise, it's fluff and can be deleted.

Capitalization Rule: Bible should be capitalized. It's the name of a book, after all. God should be capitalized when reference is made to the God of the Bible (just a silly tradition).

Punctuation Rule: When conjunctions are used to join words or phrases, we don't need to use commas (see below):

In the following lines, Jacque is relating one of his stories with conversation. In our LTI discussions, we've considered what would be the best way to punctuate these little stories he tells. Our latest conclusion was just to use double-quotes rather than hyphens to indicate change of speaker. We will reserve hyphens for those times when there's two 'real' speakers in the video (as in interviews), and we have an actual change of speaker taking place. Should we discuss this again? I have changed these lines and used double-quotes.
