Need to re-add subs in Paradise or Oblivion

Hi guys.
I was watching Paradise or Oblivion translated in Albanian and i found some errors, i am actually making the corrections but i need to know how can i re-add the subs now?!

Hey,

You can make the needed changes in the Working Location and then post a ToDo, explaining that you have made changes to the translation. The ToDo will notify the people who have taken on admin tasks and they will replace the subtitles on youtube, etc.
