[dotSUB] Be able to know who's connected and transcribing/translating a video when we enter it.

Heikki found that dotSUB displays errors when he works on a transcription and somebody else is on it too. I've noticed that sometimes the errors are unintelligible.

Heikki's suggestion is to know who's connected and working on the video as we work on it.
