I remember not being sure about it too. It isn't easy to understand if he is saying 'culturing materials'. It's a little muddled at that spot. Marlyse has the best ears for this, as does Vixi. I'll see if I can alert them to weigh in.

We know from context he's talking about various materials of interest as in a library, but I think we should ask others to listen.

Yea it sound like library yet we have to consider that almost every item distributing place will work like a library so as we don't know that kinda of world it is kinda hard to imagine too.
Question remains: What was he thinking again!

I hear "culturing materials", too. I think, in context, he is referring to "materials" -- meaning, anything that enhances, maybe?, culture. -- As in: any materials that support, inform, encourage and develop/nurture the cultural/social environment.

I'd like to make a comment. I think we need to (and I WISH Jacque would, when he speaks) get away from continually using the term "the 'future' " or "in the 'future' "; 'cause it keeps placing the solving of our problems/implementing of these ideas "out there somewhere", in context -- in our minds -- rather than in the Now, which is attainable and, in concept, being done and implemented NOW. I don't know how to adequately express this idea, but I think it is very important in terms of our thought process -- which is a very powerful and important component in creating our reality. Even more so when we share it. Does this make sense to any others? I understand Jacque has been working on and towards the development of these ideas all his life -- and he is very old -- but this IS the future. We are already here. Lol. And we can do this stuff Now. In fact, a lot of what has been envisioned in the past is already a reality and other things are becoming one. I think it's important to recognize.

"...war, depression, recession, boom"... It is an American thing to say "So, BOOM, there you have it.", or "BOOM, there it is", meaning that whatever is there is the outcome of what was going on before the big thing happened (that is being referred to when you say 'Boom!') and, also, almost expected, given the circumstances (whatever those may be). I think in this instance he is just using it in the sense of, 'So, boom, here we go again: same cycle repeating.' or as if to say, ' boom, that's it (that's all there is).'
