OK the revised SRT and analysis file is attached. Just a handful of long lines, not too bad. Ready for a push out and FR @Di Anna:. FYI, along with British style quotation rules it would appear that we should honor British style spelling too, ie, behaviour not behavior (which appears multiple times); I'll let you be the final judge on that one.

This is was a delightful vid, with Rachael relating in a very sincere yet light-hearted and humorous way, on how to approach changing one's values, by her relating and sharing a very personal challenge she worked on and overcame. That took guts!

And by the way @RayJay:, what's with all this low self-esteem stuff anyway? To me you *glow* with natural beauty, you look great without makeup, in fact I think you are one of the best looking gals in the Movement, and I think your boyfriend is a lucky guy! Hope that makes your day! :smiley:
