Yes, I agree that we should honor (or honour) the spellings of the speaker. In this case, Rachel uses British English and what I edited mostly were quotation marks. In every case, what I've changed agrees with what's on the screen, except for this one:

Part Three: Personal Struggle with an "addictive" behavioural value:

I changed it to single quotes after deciding it's best to be consistent with everything else in the video. I think this is the only line that was questionable.

Also, I used spellings for the numbered parts throughout because spellings were used on screen.(I found a mixture of spellings & numerals.) For example:

Part One
Part Two
Part 3 (changed to 'Three')
