Psywar - translation questions

There's a sentence in Psywar, at 59:59:

Quoted

"The natural course of power is to make the many slaves to the few", one Anti-Federalist wrote.

I had doubts about this sentence so I googled it and found another source

Higher on the same page, it says:

What the anti-federalists feared, then, was that the power given to a national government would be wielded by an upper class.

So I'm going for a translation that sounds like "The natural path taken by power is to enslave the masses to benefit the elites."

Perhaps it was the word "slave" that bothered you? It sounds to me like it was used in a more wide sense, like "to make them subservient".

In French, we say "renseignement", in other words, it's information that's gathered by a governmental agency or by the secret services, you know information that's kind of secret.

Thank you Bruno! "renseignement" calls me for the term "advise". It doesn't seem to fit. I will see with other portuguese translators what we have in Portuguese for that

I think "intelligence" means CIA mentioned above.

On my dictionary, imbed refers back to embed. So I guess it's the embedded people, in other words, the establishment. In French I translated it as "the initiated ones" (initiés)

Waiting for a response from Di Anna, I'll try with this.
A few days ago, translating the interview about psywar we found the phrase "embedded journalism".

In Longman Dictionary, imbed > embed > embedded journalist: a journalist who stays with a unit of the armed forces during a war
in order to report directly about the fighting.

I hope it helps. Good luck with the translation!

and we had a long discussion on that so we did a little research! They also talk about Ivy who had been the first embedded journalist.

Hello mates!
Please, could you help with the words "matchcaot" and "Bo Filter"? They are in the Newsletter, in the interview about Psywar. Here is context:

"All property, indeed, except the savage’s temporary cabin, his bow, his matchcoat and other little Acquisitions absolutely necessary for his Subsistence, seems to me to be the creature of public Convention. Hence, the public has the rights of regulating Descents, and all other Conveyances of Property, and even of limiting the quantity and uses of it. All the property that is necessary to a man is his natural Right, which none may justly deprive him of, but all Property superfluous to such Purposes is the property of the Public who, by their Laws have created it and who may, by other Laws dispose of it.

"The use of audio/visual techniques in Psywar that might be interpreted as “manipulative” are, to me, simply an expression of my own creativity -- no more propagandistic than a clever turn of phrase in an essay, and no less necessary -- especially to today’s audience. It is difficult to maintain a viewer’s interest in what Bo Filter describes as our “post-literate society”, and I make no apologies for attempting to move and entertain in addition to educate. Then, how did you translate "Descents" in this case? I'll understand also your translations if you give them in some of the Romance languages.

About Descents, we translated this sentence as:

Le public dispose donc de droits quant à la transmission, à la cession, ou même à la limitation de sa quantité et de ses usages.

I don't remember exactly but I think I googled that quote because it's very famous and found a translation that I copied almost "as is".

Bo Filter: looks like he's the guy who wrote "the cause of wars and aggression"

Ok! I changed 'the age oge of the imbed' in spanish to 'la era de los incrustados'.

I forget that i've recently read about it in the book "Irak and weapons of mass manipulation". It also talks about the tank that shoot over the 'Palestine Hotel'.
